Return and Refund Policy
At Ellie Mack Beauty, each spray tan service and retail order is handled with care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products/services, the following policies apply.
Spray Tan Services
All spray tan appointments are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
If there is an issue with your spray tan result, contact Ellie Mack Beauty within 24 hours of your appointment at embrands136@gmail.com so the concern can be reviewed and, when appropriate, a solution or adjustment appointment may be offered.
No refunds will be issued for:

Failure to follow prep instructions

Failure to follow aftercare instructions

Skin reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, medications, or medical conditions

Personal preference regarding shade selection after the service is completed
Appointment deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled when sufficient notice is provided.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposits, prepaid sessions, promotional vouchers, memberships, or promotional pricing.
Late arrivals may require shortening or rescheduling the appointment.
Promotional Purchases
Promotional vouchers are subject to the issuing company's own refund and promotional policies. Ellie Mack Beauty does not issue refunds for promotional purchases made through third party entities.
Retail Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all opened, used, or applied beauty, skincare, tanning, and personal care products are final sale.
Unused retail items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if:

Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact embrands136@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information so the issue can be reviewed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
