By using the Ellie Mack Beauty website, booking services, purchasing products, subscribing to memberships, or opting into communications, customers agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Ellie Mack Beauty provides spray tanning services and beauty-related retail products.

Service availability, pricing, promotions, memberships, appointment times, and product availability may change without notice.

Appointments

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time

• Following all prep and aftercare instructions

• Providing accurate contact information

• Completing required waiver forms prior to appointments

Failure to follow instructions may affect spray tan results and does not qualify for refunds.

Late arrivals may require shortened or rescheduled appointments to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposits, prepaid services, memberships, promotional offers, or future booking privileges.

Memberships

Membership benefits, included services, pricing, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time.

Membership discounts and included services may not be combined with additional promotions unless specifically stated.

Abuse, misuse, excessive cancellations, chargebacks, or attempts to circumvent membership limits may result in cancellation of memberships, discounts, or booking access.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, vouchers, campaigns, and limited-time specials are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates.

Promotional offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Ellie Mack Beauty reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse promotional offers at any time.

Retail Products

Product descriptions, ingredients, colors, and images are presented as accurately as possible; however, actual appearance and results may vary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

SMS Terms of Service

By providing a phone number and opting into SMS communications, customers agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Ellie Mack Beauty, including:

• Appointment reminders

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed prior to service

• Results impacted by improper preparation or aftercare

• Staining of clothing, fabrics, or materials

• Delays, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party platforms, payment providers, apps, or integrations
