Shipping Policy

Ellie Mack Beauty partners with third-party fulfillment and print providers to produce and ship retail products directly to customers. Because products are made, prepared, packaged, and shipped through fulfillment partners, processing and shipping timelines may vary.

Processing Times

Most orders require processing time before shipment.

Processing includes:

• Product preparation

• Printing and labeling

• Packaging

• Fulfillment handling

Orders may take up to 14 business days to process and deliver, depending on product availability, fulfillment volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or production timelines.

Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by the fulfillment provider.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to update after label creation.

Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on product type, fulfillment location, or inventory availability.

Delays

Ellie Mack Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather

• Holidays

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Carrier service interruptions

• Fulfillment provider delays

• Customs or international shipping delays

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

If an order arrives damaged, contact embrands136@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and damaged items so the issue can be reviewed.

International Shipping

Shipping availability, delivery timelines, customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
