Certain products, services, memberships, and promotional offers available through Ellie Mack Beauty may be offered as recurring subscriptions, prepaid packages, limited-time promotions, or special offers. The following terms apply to those purchases.

Membership Subscriptions

Ellie Mack Beauty memberships are recurring subscription services billed automatically based on the membership plan selected at checkout.

Membership benefits may include:

• Monthly spray tan services

• Retail discounts

• Promotional pricing

• Member-exclusive offers or booking access

Billing frequency, included services, pricing, and benefits are displayed at the time of purchase.

Automatic Renewal

Membership subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

By purchasing a membership, customers authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file according to the selected membership plan.

Managing or Cancelling Memberships

Customers may manage or cancel memberships through the subscription management links included in order or subscription emails.

Cancellation requests submitted after a billing charge has processed may apply to the following billing cycle.

Previously billed membership charges are non-refundable.

Membership Usage & Limits

Membership benefits apply only to the active subscribing customer and may not be transferred, shared, exchanged, or redeemed for cash value.

Unused monthly services, discounts, or benefits do not roll over unless specifically stated.

Abuse, excessive cancellations, chargebacks, misuse of promotional pricing, or attempts to bypass membership limits may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and limited-time specials are subject to the specific terms listed at the time of the promotion.

Ellie Mack Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel promotional redemptions suspected of misuse, fraud, duplicate claims, or unauthorized distribution.

Pre-Orders & Future Product Launches

Certain products may occasionally be offered as pre-orders or advance launches prior to inventory availability.

Estimated fulfillment timelines are subject to production schedules, fulfillment provider timelines, shipping carrier delays, and inventory availability.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation once fulfillment has been completed.

Trial Offers

If Ellie Mack Beauty offers any future trial-based products, introductory offers, or “try before purchase” promotions, additional terms and timelines will be disclosed at the time of the offer.
